The office is clean, neat, the nursing and office staff are very pleasent. I went to see Dr. Barman for the first time. He was amazing. Great sense of humor, very polite, inquisitive, great bedside manners, took his time to listen to everything that I had to say and even kept pushing for me to think of other things that couldn't come to mind while I was there to talk to him. Very knowledgeable very polite listens had undergrads from the U of U there. But I didn't feel like a study case which is how I normally have felt in the past when I've gone to the University of Utah themselves and they've had students. I would definitely recommend him and the office to anybody.

I was quite impressed with Dr. Barman, his medical knowledge, his bedside manner, and his willingness to spend his time with me and answer my questions. I was also impressed with Stephanie and her efficient and friendly welcome as she set up my new patient information chart. The Lab staff was also very efficient in the way they processed my Lab work request. I was impressed to receive and be able to review my lab results the same day. I’m so happy to have a new Healthcare home at Granger Medical Wasatch. Thank you for your kind welcome.

I love my doc. Dr. Barman is the best. He's quick, efficient, and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to my medical care. I would five or 5 stars, but since the merger the office is crazier and the staff up front seem distracted.

I had received two phone calls reminding me to come if for a shot. They informed me that I could come anytime between 8am-5pm without an appointment and anyone could help. I had planned on going straight from work at 4 but got held up and arrived just before closing at 4:55. The girl at the front desk informed me that it was too late and everyone had already left. I told her that I was told that anyone could do it and to come in anytime before 5. She continued to try to tell me that all of my doctors people were gone and had left at 3:30. I told her that shouldn’t matter according to the message they left me. She finally agreed to go see if someone was could help me. When she returned she seemed annoyed, and gave me a paper to fill out and said it was going to be a few minutes. About one minute later someone came and got me, she also seemed a little put out by it but I might have just been reading into it. The whole process of giving the shot took about 2 minutes and I was out of there. I understand it’s annoying to have people show up right before closing, but life happens. The fact that the lady at the front desk was very obviously lying to try to get out of helping me that day was annoying and unprofessional.

Wasatch Internal Medicine is almost perfect...Right now, though, I am very frustrated. A Doctor made an appointment for me that I did not ask for and would not have known about had I not received a voicemail/email. And I cannot get into the Patient Portal no matter what computer I use. I am very frustrated with all the medical mix-ups I have had today - most of them NOT at WIM - but the unrequested appointment and no access to PP are the icing on the cake for today.
