Story

Below the very beautiful, historic district of Newfane village, our office is 15 minutes north of Brattleboro in a reproduction cape built with old barn timbers. We are 12 miles north of the beautiful Retreat Meadows at the confluence of the West and Connecticut Rivers. From there you travel northwesterly on Rt. 30 up the picturesque West River valley. Along the way is the restored covered bridge in Dummerston, the longest covered bridge in Vermont.

The seven of us together have over 90 years of experience in the business and work hard to provide the highest quality service to customers and clients. We are dedicated to staying current to an ever changing inventory and marketplace, the altering needs of our buyers and sellers and the latest technology.

Sometimes it seems like once a month we're asked to become part of a national chain. From Day One, the intention has always been to stay small, allowing us time to focus on the needs of our clients and customers.
