Ordered the chicken/avocado wrap and French onion soup combo. Soup was so incredibly salty I had to send it back to the kitchen. Replaced with ale and cheddar soup with rye croutons. Not at all to my liking, leaving most of it. Wrap was cut in half. First half was very good, with a generous amount of meat, but second half was awful. Texture was mushy, with most of the chicken in the first half and most of the avocado and ranch dressing predominating in the second half. I do give our waitress high marks though. Very attentive and cheerful. Maybe it was one of those days. Not planning a return visit.

They serve great food but the girls in front don’t know how to do their simple brainless jobs. We had reservations for a family of four at 5:45pm. The girl in front checked us in and another one told us to wait as it was overcrowded. After 15 mins we noticed people who had come after us were being seated. Then more and more people were being seated. When we asked the girl who checked in what was happening. She goes, sorry you’re 15 mins late so I cancelled the reservation!! We were shocked. We told her that she had checked us in (at least presented too) and had told us to wait. We asked for the manager. She was nice enough to get us a table and pay for the appetizers. The girl at the front didn’t even apologize when we left. Very disappointed.

The food here is super good and they have a large variety to pick through. my only negative of this place is how expensive it is. The food is good, but not that good

The sandwich was good. I had to use a food delivery service. I gave a 25% tip when I ordered online because it asks for it prior to order placement. I ordered a prime rib sandwich. Suppose to come with au ju broth and some French fries. I ordered with out cheese. I got, 16 French fries that were cold (it was a 12 minute delivery in a hot bag), no au ju and no napkins. The sandwich was dry but tasty. French fries had good flavored but spoiled by being cold. I shouldn't have tipped at all.

Very disappointing and will not go back. We had a table of 4 and 3 of our orders came out wrong. There was absolutely no customer service from the server or manager. One of the meals was remade. There other meal they took over 15 minutes to finish the missing half and by the time they did the rest of the food was cold. The asparagus was very cold under the potatoes which made the potatoes then cold. The sauce on the chicken was made wrong and I know because I had it before. I was offered to order something else.. by the time it came everyone was done eating and we HAD to pay for it.. I think when a restaurant screws up that many times there should be some customer service involved. The manager did not come back to check on us. The service hasn't always been great there and from on there are plenty of other places to choose from.
