They are the worst, most unsafe company. They are lazy and put people on the roads they are working on in serious danger. I wish the state of California would take their license away. These lazy workers can't even be bothered to clean up their mess at the end of the day. They cat call at woman, they don't comprehend traffic flow so when they stop you, one side will go and go, while the other side of the street sits and waits for 20 plus minutes. They don't place their signs in the proper place so no one can figure out what is going on. I have come face to face with on-coming traffic more than a couple of times because of how unclear the signs are. Please, we are people who shouldn't have to put our lives at jeopardy because this construction company can't be bothered with following the law, let alone be concerned with people's safety. This company is going to get someone killed if it hasn't already happened.
