We went for breakfast and despite the nearly-full dining area, our food was served promptly and accurately. I ordered oatmeal and it was very good (not to mention a portion size that could easily feed two!), for only a few dollars. My spouse ordered french toast, bacon, and white toast and he said they were all very good.  Our bill was very reasonable. The wait staff was attentive, regularly filling my coffee and his pop. A great example of a "ma and pa" restaurant. My only feedback would be to offer a few vegetarian lunch/dinner options, as oatmeal was the only menu item I saw that I could eat, and as I only occasionally dine out for breakfast- I likely won't be back often as a result. Which is a bummer because I was very impressed with this place and am conscious to support local businesses over chain establishments!

We had the pleasure to visit this establishment for the first time on Sunday, and I have to say; the reviews were spot on.  Our food was prepared just the way the menu described.  The atmosphere was delightful.  I am glad we decided to go.  Thank you for a delicious meal and experience. We will sure to return!!!

So many choices but so much more.  Specials are great and great staff.  Friendly and prompt

They've remodeled the seating arrangements inside, but it's still reminiscent of sitting in someone else's grandma's dining room! Never been for lunch or dinner but they have good waffles and 8+ pie options for breakfast!

Really good , quality food! Fun and inviting staff, fresh and quick homemade dishes. The biscuits and gravy are amazing! Very busy place in the weekends but worth the wait!
