For being in a progressive city this place has a lot of racist and prejudiced employee's, especially those with leadership positions. The main issue are with the leadership of the support staff, the Office Director hires her Caucasian friends with behavioral, drinking and drug problems but routinely causes issues with minority employee's to the point of harassment. Her standards for hiring minorities are much higher and expects them to behave a certain way at all times, be of a certain age or gender, meanwhile the Caucasian friends she likes to hire can be of any age or sex, they can disrespect other employees, harass other employee's, perform badly and they constantly get rewarded for their loyalty to her. It doesn't help that the HR staff in the leadership roles are her best friends and run the place in a similar fashion, they collude with each other to get rid of most minority employee's, most employee's last 1-2 years, than they run to the most established well respected Accounting Firms or get fired.
