Great staff!!! They certainly care about their customers! They fight the Insurance companies day in and day out to get you the very best benefit possible.  Extremely professional. Will NEVER go to another pharmacy, after going to Grapevine Drug Mart.

After having one of the worst customer service experiences at Walgreens across the street, I promptly went into this pharmacy for the first time and had one of the BEST. There is nothing fancy about this store, but they helped me quickly, were so empathetic and understanding, and what I needed was fair priced. The reps were so kind and gracious. Just the best. I have not yet filled prescriptions or compounded meds here, but plan to now.

Stopped in after having issues with stock at the Walgreens across the street. They had the uncommon medication I required and were very quick. From the time I walked in till the time I left was roughly 15 minutes. This was my first experience here but will be using this location going forward.

Love this pharmacy! From compounding prescriptions to avoid my allergies to  certain ingredients, to Fast and Friendly service, Grapevine Family Drug Mart Rocks!!

Personal service that can't be beat. I wish this were closer to home and I'd fill all my scrips here. I use them for my compounded scrips.
