It's a lovely spa, and the staff are always gracious and nice.  My daughter's haircut on this last visit was pretty bad, though.  She brought in a photo of what she was wanting, which was a more androgynous cut with length on the top, and came out looking like she was going into the military.  I talked to the manager, who was apologetic and listened, but there wasn't much to be done other than coming in to have the cut, cut.  Not really an option, when the cut is a short one & already too short.  Perhaps it's just coincidence or timing, but we've had a rash of 'meh' cuts for the last visits we've had there.  This last cut had my daughter in tears and out buying hats to cover it until it grows out. I am glad to hear most people have a great stylist, but we have yet to feel that.  At this point, I think we will be trying to find a place that can listen, ask questions, if necessary, and feel confident in delivering the cut we ask for.

I see Alexia Meyer and she is awesome! She does an amazing job with my cut and style every time! And she has an amazing talent when it comes to color! I've been more adventurous with my hair since I've started seeing her and she always pulls it off flawlessly!

It has a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere.  Everyone is friendly and my stylist, Savannah, was terrific.  Friendly, kind, happy, and professional.  Definitely coming back!
