Was very happy with the service here (was a patient for 39 years).  I didn't go in for a few years due to lack of need and lack of insurance.  When I called to get an appointment for a shoulder injury, I was told I hadn't been seen long enough to label me a new patient.  I would have to wait two weeks, attend an "orientation," then I could schedule an appointment.  So essentially, my issues would have to wait about a month for their bureaucracy, and I do not find that acceptable.
