Purchased a Groupon and made an online appointment with Levy, (salon owner), the morning of the appt., I called to confirm and was told by Salon manager Scott that Levy was at another location taking care of an appt she had. Changed my appointment to Kimberly (color specialist) who turned out to be his daughter. I arrived at my appt at 11:30 a.m., advised them I had a groupon for a shampoo, cut, style and Balayage or Ombre. Told Kim that I wanted red lowlights, layers because I have thick hair and a blow out. I was advised by Scott to cancel my coupon and they would give me a better deal. I sat in the salon until 5:45 p.m. I left without a blow out, a uneven straight cut and no style what so ever. When I requested to have my money refunded, I got no answer from the owner, received a phone call from Scott that they only thing he could do was give me a gift card to come back in a couple of month when I needed my hair done again!! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL... THIS COST ME OVER $300.00 see pictures below.
