I love this yoga studio!! Laurie is so friendly and welcoming to all who enter. The vibe of the studio and it's students is relaxed and accepting.  I really connect with Laurie's teaching style. Laurie's expertise in ALL areas of yoga is impressive. She teaches in a clear, precise way that is not only  fun but professional  and easy to understand. 
Laurie is a gifted yoga instructor!!! 
I am thankful she brought yoga to Rochester.
