"the road to hell is paved with good intentions." or "too many cooks spoil the food"--feel free to pick your quote to explain the incompetence. i looked at some of the 1 star reviews and they are without question, quite accurate, but i'm giving them 2 stars because i think it's up to you in a place like this, to be your own advocate and know how to get what you need (labs, referrals, etc) out of the staff here. my feeling is the facility is either beyond capacity and unable to give you the full and proper attention most patients might be expecting/accustomed to, or they're not the sharpest spoons to begin with. it may be a little of both. either way mistakes are common here. i am not being 'mean' i like many of them, and they do seem to be trying but for the life of me, they get it wrong far more often than they get it right..

While I like our dr.'s here, administratively they are very slow to respond and call you back and seems like you can never get anyone on the phone.

They treat you like your in a clinic in South America. Just another number and give me your payment. People are working as a last resort and will treat you as so. Make sure you get a paper copy of your prescription as it takes them a week to get it down the road to cvs. You will be better off googling your symptoms and diagnoses yourself and order meds online. Don't try to contact someone in a complaints dept as it's a voice mail that is still yet to be answered in two months with a message left every day.
 Walked in to complain and they had a guy introduced just by name and then after a few minuets when asked multiple time he was the in house shrink. 

Pass on this one and go to the Reservation clinic on Sebastopol Road

My experience with this office has been excellent. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
