Gravity is a friendly restaurant that resides inside an old house with lots of character. In warm weather, you can eat on their sunshine patio that looks out over the town of Minden.  Most importantly, they serve delicious food, including panninis, salads, soups. The offerings are healthy as well as tasty, prepared with love and catering to individual nutritional requirements if requested. Slow-paced – good conversation –  interesting books and magazines available. Great teas and coffee.
