I never write reviews that are negative, but the experience I had here was just that bad.  Rude stylist (one was accommodating while the person who actually did the service was so snotty and rude) the actual "style" was about as professional looking as what you get when you play beauty shop in 4th grade with your friends and they up sold her a deep conditioning treatment while telling her she also needed a hair cut. I wanted to do something nice for her but all I really got to do was flush $30 down the toilet. Not going back and would not recommend.

Can't speak on how their skills are because I will never know... Arrived a bit early for my first visit . Appointment was at 3pm . There was no one to greet me when I arrived , but they were busy ....so me not knowing exactly what to do or how they would know I was there waiting for Whitney, because there wasn't a sign in book that I could see...I was like ok I guess at my appointment time someone will come talk to me .... Nope, didn't happen ,which was okay too didn't really expect  to be called back right on time plus there still isn't anyone at the desk , so I continue to wait ... Finally, some employees  are standing around the desk and it's like 15 minutes after my appointment yet no one has even offered to speak to me and I know I'm not lost in a crowd of people waiting because there are only three waiting chairs and I was one of two people waiting...so by now I'm getting a little irritated and finally had to just leave when the three employees standing around the desk area greet the lady who just walked in . I had been there for approximately 40 minutes without one word being spoken to me . 
Totally disappointed was excited about going there because their advertisements boast about  the customers needs are of utmost importance and how they will do everything they can to meet the customers expectations.

Oh and while I was there waiting a lady came in to purchase products from them and to my surprise she waited around for probably 10 minutes before anyone offered to assist her at the register. 

Just poor customer service all around
