I can't say enough good about this place. Went in Christmas morning,   we were seen right away by a caring, friendly staff who loved on our sick fur baby! They were quick, upfront, and less expensive than I had anticipated. We had to return that night in a hurry and I called ahead and the staff met us in the parking lot! When you are already worried and anxious, its nice to go to a caring facility!! Our Boxer will be OK and thanks to the staff for taking such good care of her!!! You will be my ER vet of choice from now on!! Thank you!!

For $270 They told us our sweet girl had injured her back and gave her pain pills. The next day she was worst off than the day before.  We took her to a different vet who before they even spoke to us said she had brain problem, they could tell by the way she was circling. Come to find out she has a tumor and kidney infection . Nothing wrong with her back. I am so disappointed in the horrible misdiagnosed this clinic has given us. How could you be so wrong?! They didn't bother to run not one blood test but had no problem taken all the money we had.

Very good at taking care of our dogs when they get sick.  Will go over treatment and pricing before Services.  Staff does seem to make you feel guilty, though, for having sick pets.  Our pets go to a regular vet and told one thing, and this clinic seems to have difference of opinion.  We have been here twice in last 7 months and both times staff makes there quirky remarks that leaves us feeling like we are awful pet owners.  But the care of animals is great!

Beware, this place is a total rip off scam, they wanted almost $1000 to put in a few stitches or staples in my Jack Russell that had been in a dog fight, went back home to Plano and got the same service for $183 total including meds.  Go here if you want to get ripped off.  Also had to pay them $100 office visit just to get the estimate.  I would have rated them with negative stars if this posting system would let me.

Vet tech took my dog back they said for vitals.I waited awhile then opened the door to check on her. They said they were sill checking. Waited another appropriate amount of time opened dorm again. The nurse was just sprayed out in a chair. I ask where my dog was and she said in a cage. I said give her to me and she actually like she wasn't. I said it's my dog give her to me. She did. They brought a paper explaining the test needed and prices. I signed it. Said I wanted to talk to vet. She finally came in with an attitude and said you had some questions. I said yes you haven't  even spoke to me or told me what is wrong with my dog. Cranial swelling with an attitude again. I'm  busy with other people. These are the most uncaring unprofessional healthcare vets I have every delt with. I would not recommend anybody take their loved one there. Last thing. The place was filthy. One reason I  didn't  want my dog in a cage.
