In our experience, the staff listens to our updates on the child in the morning, lets us know how their day went, shows warmth and concern for the kids. I would have to imagine that because they are humans they are not perfect. We would reccomend.

Folks could be angry because they had a bad experience... We live around the corner so it was a perfect fit. We also both work high stess jobs (and contribute $600 a month to our kids college fund). Within maybe 2 months we came in to find our 4 month old baby in a room by himself, in bouncy seat, on a table NOT STRAPPED IN - this happened 4 times... strapped in the last 2 times but alone in a room. We mentioned something after the second time. After the 4th we walked out. On other occasions we came in to find staff members teen age children watching groups of kids. I don't know if they had a staffing issue but I wasn't sticking around to find out. No hidden agenda - just a bad experience.
