Story

The Great Bread Company, located in Allendale, Michigan, has been producing European Artisan breads since 1991. We are a family-owned and operated Michigan business that creates unique breads and pastries with formulations from Europe. We use only the finest ingredients, and out products have no chemical, preservatives, animal fats, or additives. We use only non-bromated flour and organic herbs. We believe in creating the finest quality product and an affordable price.

I bought a loaf of gluten free bread at the Michigan state fair. Impossible to cut, turned into crumbs when I cut it or even touched it! Crumbs too small to make croutons. A complete waste. You had one job!

Bought 2 different kinds of bread at the kentwood farmers market and they both were gross. Cinnamon rings had so much cinnamon in spots and made for gritty bites and no other flavor, bought cheese bread and if you like crusty sprinkled cheese on top of an otherwise flavorless bread then this is the kind for you... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and tossed both after one try.

I tried the bread with feta and spinach and it was amazing! I am trying to find how I can order more. I would love to try other flavors.

Bought two loaves of gluten free bread at the Women's Expo in Lansing Michigan on February 3. Worst bread ever!  Very dry and crumbled during slicing. Ended up making croutons out of it because it was too expensive to throw away.

The best gluten free bread I have ever had. Lots of flavor, great consistency and makes great toast. Finally a company that knows how to make a great gluten free product.
