Always a great experience here friendly staff. The new manager Kayelene is awesome takes her time on your hair very detailed and very professional definitely love coming here! Recommend for people to come get their hair done here!

Consistently good service and haircuts! I have a tricky haircut and they nail it 9/10ths of the time (the other 1  time wasn't even bad, just not the top-notch I'm used to from them). Kristen and Betty are my top pick stylists, but everyone there is quite competent and friendly.

This rating is for Great Clips as a whole, I went to one of the locations in my home town and was told by the stylist that I would have a profile set up after my visit so I can go to any location in the US and get the same haircut. Not so, was on vacation in the same state, different city and they had no info on me. 
The stylist that did my hair really did not listen to what I wanted and really did not seem to want to be there. Questionable if I will return to Great Clips after this visit, and will make sure to have my hair cut before going on vacation next time.

A great haircut at a great price, wouldn't go anywhere else. Finally weeded out all the others.

I just want a freaking haircut!!!!!  I called and asked to put my name on a list. I was  informed that I must hang up the phone, go to their website and schedule an appointment. "[They] won't put anyone on a list or make any appointments over the phone" that is insane. I called SuperCuts up the street and they got me in a list right away.  

You just lost a paying coustomer, I won't ever be back. I'm 25 years old, think about it.... that's like 50 years of potential business down the drain. (Assuming I live to be 75)
