Worst experience ever!! Had to go back two times to get a bad cut corrrected. Still the hairdresser couldn't get it right. Fortunately for me another hairdresser had just arrived at work, and was able to fix it.... But with all the do-overs, my hair is now 6 inches even shorter than I wanted. Time to grow it out again!! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN..

I did not have a good experience here. The only thing I was asked was what number I normally do the sides. The hair dresser then continues to buzz-cut my entire head. I could have done that at home for free. On top of that, she was not gentle with the clippers and I ended up with some scrapes on my forehead and neck.

I do, however, appreciate that the owner did attempt to reach out to me later after the fact.

I came in here with my children.
The girls did not greet me.  There was one girl i believe she said her name was marissa who reked of cigarettes it was awful at least wash up. She also did my hair cut. She argued with me for 5 minutes saying she would not do finger length on top that she would use clippers !!! Outrageous. I wanted a siccor cut on top not clippers and she still used the clippers on top. She claimed she was a manger i swear it was a joke!!!! 
They all looked miserable like they didnt want to even be at work.. 
Im sorry but i will never ever come back to great clips . Been here several of times it has gotten really bad here!!!!!
