I'm only giving 2 stars because of our experience last night. We have been there 2 other times and were very pleased with everything however last night my son told the stylist exactly how he wanted his hair but I don't think she was listening. She cut the front (bangs) way too short. From now on, we will try to find out the name of the stylist from before and only use her to cut his hair. However if that does not work out, we will no longer use Great Clips.

Very friendly to us "elder". Consistent haircuts that are great! I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is friendly. Could use better chairs for waiting area.

Nice people, unfortunately worst haircut I have ever experienced. The guy said he was licensed to teach and had done that for some years.....hope I don't get one of his pupils. I have been using great clips for some time, like most things, some cuts are really good.....some are not so good, but this one was the worst.

I brought my 4 year old son in to get a little Mohawk with his curly, course locks and it turned out better than expected. The stylist was incredibly sweet and patient with my fidgety son and even gave him a balloon at the end. $11 for his cut and only took 10 minutes.

The owners will not donate to local events that raise money for Children's Hospital. They say to email corporate! They could, they just won't!!! Also, they are not fair to their employees....
