Okay so, I usually don’t write reviews at all, but right now I am highly disappointed. I know that I’m risking it when I go to cheaper places to get hair cuts, but usually I have been perfectly fine going to great clips as I go here every time I get a hair cut, but today was very disappointing. I forget the name of the person who cut my hair, but she was kind of nice until she ripped on me about my hair and not taking care of it. I appreciate the concern as it is nice to know. But I already know my hair is not in good condition as I barely even have time to take care of myself. I came in to get some of the very badly dry and split ends cut, but it was a bad cut. My hair now is just very choppy and I don’t even want to look at it. She didn’t even give me a mirror to look at my hair when she was done and then told me it’s because my hair is naturally wavy and it’s because my hair has been bleached before. And then she didn’t bother trying to keep the cut hair off my clothes as it got all over my pants and I had to brush it off with my hands. 

I’ve gotten my hair cut when it was more bleached before, and others have done a nice job. The layers were not how I wanted it. And the cut itself just seemed rushed as more people were coming in. I have graduation this weekend and now I just wish I never got my hair cut. Ladies take your hair somewhere else to get it cut.

I let a stylist there, Erica, take a chance on giving me a new haircut to meet all of my likes and dislikes about my hair. She did an amazing job, and she made it a fun experience. The staff is extremely friendly overall.

Quick service when online check in used. They have your previous visit cut requests, so you're not confused on what to ask for if you're a dude

I had to wait for 54 min. But that was my fault for not signing in online. At first I was a little ticked about that but once my stylist came over with a big smile and with a nice tone I cheered up a bit. There were three stylists there but this stylist (Tara) was probably the only one smiling the whole time. (There was another one who smiled only after receiving a tip). My haircut was great. I suggest keeping Tara there forever!

Took my 10 year old daughter in to get her hair cut. We went in as a walk-in. There were 3 men before us, but we were in and out in 30 min. The gals there were great with my kids.
