HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My child is 2 years old and he has had multiple hair cuts before and was always calm. This particular time, he was very fussy, but reguardless of his outburst, the young girl that cut his hair was VERY disrespectful and I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. Yes, my child was crying and not wanting to be still, but instead of throwing your hands in the air every time he moved and making nasty comments to my 2YEAR OLD child, try getting on his level and being nice to him!!! She kept saying things like, "if you cannot be still, I'm gonna end up cutting you." Or " you need to be still or your not getting a sucker!" Or even, do you want to sit on the floor? Would you be still then?" She kept throwing hers hands out in frustration and I just am in disbelief of how she acted towards a child! I will NEVER do business here again!! One lady that was in there cutting someone else's hair was being sweet to him asking him if he was ok and did he want a sucker all while the young girl sat in her chair staring at us afterwards. I don't know how to handle this, bc I highly doubt she will get in any kind of trouble for treating a child this way. If she can't understand that a child is going to act out sometimes and try being nice to them instead of extremely rude, then you need to find a new profession like maybe Macdonald's since you can't interact with children correctly!!!

Went in on a Sunday late afternoon. Was a great experience. My first time at a greatclips.

The service was very slow. They started cutting my hair and was more worried about the phone than taking care of cutting my hair. There are better places in Thomaston to get your hair cut. Look around!!!!
