Not just one bad haircut, but TWO!

Worst place I've ever been... So, my boyfriend and I had $8 coupons to Great Clips so we decided what the heck lets go because we're broke college students. When we got there the place had a weird vibe... As soon as we got to the register the Spanish lady told us she would be right with us while she was entering her tips into the computer which, I think is very inappropriate while dealing with customers. After entering her tips, she finally helped my boyfriend and I. She took my boyfriend back first and asked him what he wants. He told her a 3 on the sides which she did however, he asked for a trim on top but in the end his head looks to be as if she shaved the whole sides and left the top with very little work put in. As the haircut was in process she was trying to sell products very aggressively. He asked her if they get commission off of products because of how viciously she was trying to get him to buy the product. She told him yes they do, and than she continued to try to sell him product. In my eyes, I believe she was very mortified about the quality of the haircut she gave. So she tried to cover up the flaws given with simply spending more money to buy hair product. In conclusion, he will not take his hat off and is embarrassed about his haircut.

Now my haircut....

The older women called my name while my boyfriend was getting his haircut. I showed her a photo of exactly how I wanted it. It was trimmed and a few more layers added. Instead, the lady gave my bangs and shredded up my hair that I cannot have it down anymore because of how ridiculous it looks. I cried twice about how poorly my hair was done. The lady was nice but had no idea what she was doing and made me insecure about my hair the day before Valentines Day. There is no way I will never recommend this place to my friends nor dorm mates. I would rather drive to Fort Collins and go to another place that actually knows how to cut hair.

The cut seemed fine but I had to pay an extra $16 for a blow dry and straighten to see if the cut really was OK. Not worth it since the "styling" was pretty half ass. Had to wash and take right away when I got home.

I've never experienced a more unprofessional, terrible, and blatantly unattentive salon in my life. I went for the first time over a year ago and asked for a 3 and a 5, I received a 5 all around with the most careless manner. Still, a haircut is a haircut right? Wrong. I mistakenly returned an additional 3 times, and every time they messed up and genuinely did not seem to listen or even pay attention while cutting. Everyone at "Great clips" should be immediately fired and have their licenses terminated. Do NOT go here.

Terrible. I can't believe they charge so high to perform a task that a 3 year old could do better in their sleep. I should have believed all my peers when they informed me that great clips was absolute garbage, and not worth my time or money.
