Quick experience as my hair doesn't need much TLC or do I myself have style to worry about. First time checking in online prior to my visit, not sure if this process necessarily helped expedite my visit due to no one else being there in line. Overall, good customer service this time.

I rarely see the same stylist twice and I get my haircut at this location pretty regularly. My last cut was great but the one before that was just ok.

They were BUSY but handling it well and I got a good haircut.  The lady who cut my hair was the manager and she suggested some product I ended up buying since she did a great job using it on my hair as she explained how it worked.  Everyone working there seemed to know what they were doing and they cut hair right.

I recently had to switch locations, I have had great experiences at both, always friendly and nice, only complaint (if you could call it that) is I started getting my hair cut shorter and they didn't enter that into the computer (really not even a big deal for me)

Went in for a trim. The lady was nice and polite enough but, I was not satisfied with the beard trim. Place is neat.
