I want to like this place, but just isn't working. The first time (like every time) communication was hard. I had to spell my name out 4 times before I gave up... I'm in the system as Bwady or something along those lines. I've had one haircut here and had to have it fixed first by them, then by another place. My husband went today and a guy working started rambling at him, instantly. "Are you Josh?" "Are you Tom?" Six different times with all the names on their wait list, didn't even wait for an answer. The guy seemed high. We walked out after a couple of minutes of being talked at.

Warning. Women do not go to this salon. I went  to get a trim and said "I just want a trim and I have layers." I said the layers part because I just wanted her to trim my layers also. TRIM! Instead I got a whole new haircut. Lots of hair came off, primarily in the front near my face. She said to me (after she butchered the front), "I like it short in the front." And it was too late. Now I have a sort of girl mullet / 80's hair cut. I previously had long hair with long layer and long in the front. She did not trim my hair and now I am very upset when I look in the mirror. I had working on my hair for a while getting long and getting trims every couple months but this is by far the worst "trim" I have recieved. Going here is a huge regret which upsets me when I have to get ready in the morning and go out because now I have to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out how to hide my bad haircut. Miserable.

Saban (spelling?) cut my hair. I used online check-in. She was cutting my hair within two minutes or so of me walking in - I really appreciate that! She asked me how I was doing, ask me how I would like my haircut, and cut it exactly as I asked her to. She was friendly and pleasant throughout the entire time. I had a great experience!

I purchased the incorrect shampoo a few ago. When I went to return with my receipt, Matthew informed me products must be returned within 2 wks of purchase.  My receipt gives no expiration date. The receipt states: Your complete satisfaction on all service/products is fully guaranteed.  When I pointed that out to Matthew he didn't say a word. I asked for the manager. Matthew informed me no manager was on duty. I'm not sure how my experience was "satisfaction guaranteed" since I still have the incorrect product. I will take my business elsewhere and not return to Great Clips.

Walked in and got a haircut in 15 minutes. The stylist Tania was so talented that she gave me a better haircut in 15 minutes than any other salon could in 40 minutes. I was extremely impressed.
