Haircuts make me nervous, but The Golden Girls calm me down.  Staff was fine with me loudly singing Thank You For Being A Friend during my clip.

So, I wasn't expecting much because franchise hair salons are never good, however, I expected a little better than this. I chose to go here as oppose to a more accredited salon because it was my toddlers first cut and wasn't sure how she would act. Her cut turned out very good and looks fine for the price tag. Even though when hers dried, I noticed how crooked it is.  Then I decided to get mine trimmed as well because I was there and being 8 months pregnant taking prenatals,  hair grows fast. I told the stylist I wanted a trim and mainly to lose some volume, have it thinned quite a bit and a side bang. It looked ok wet, as most hair does but when I got home, it was a different story. You can barely tell there is a bang at all and it's really choppy. And somehow, she managed to make my hair look thicker, the exact OPPOSITE of what I asked for. I look like a swollen Cleopatra.  Not a good look.  Lesson learned. This salon is ok for kids cuts but I wouldn't get mine cut here again. You get what you pay for.

Katrina is one of the best stylists I've met and has to be a great addition to the team there. Also very clean looking place.
