I have taken my kids in to get haircuts and on several ooccasion they have messed up their hair plus they were always late opening the store ..now my kids refuse to get their hair cut at Great Clips any more but my husband would still go to get his cut, until this morning when we had to wait again and the manager that was at the store had no idea when she would be able to open the store because her employees were late again. This is very unprofessional. How can you run a business and expect customers to come if you can't tell them when you will be open.

As with all big name haircut businesses, it really depends on when you arrive and who is servicing you.  Great Clips is no exception.  I've been here many times and sometimes I feel great when I leave and sometimes only so so. I am mostly happy with the service I have received.  Some things to note: You can use their phone app to check-ins, which usually cuts down the wait time, but you cannot call ahead for an appointment.  If you try to do this you will be asked to use their app.  Also if you have someone that you prefer to cut your hair there, you must ask in person, for there is no option on the app.
