Always an unacceptable wait of 5 to 6 people in line no matter the season. App is a joke and they treat you like your from Mars if you show up without using the appointment application.  Wonder how many people they loose a day and overall because they don't hire more people for the demand and people don't want to wait for a haircut. Smart style .6 miles to the east. Usually end up there.

Horrible. Just wanted a fade with a 1 on the side and a 2 on top. Still have a inch long hair on the sides. Hair cut was done in under 2 minutes. Worst place ever. They don't pay attention to detail and how hard is it to do a simple fade. Andrea was my hair dresser.

I only go to Great Clips because there is only 1 stylist that can cut my 2 year olds hair and that is Andrea. She is very nice and always patient with my son. She doesn't rush and makes him feel comfortable. She just great with kids and knows how to cut hair. She has even cut my hair and I'm very picky about who takes scissors to my hair. Andrea is professional, kind, and a great stylist. When ever we go in for a cut I always call to make sure she is working and if she's not I ask when she will be in next so I'm there when she does come in. The salon is always clean and we have never waited longer then 10-15 minutes for a cut. If you want a great cut or have your kids hair cut at Great Clips always request Andrea and you will never have a problem.

I did the online checkin with a 12 minute wait. I sat there for about 30 mins before I noticed they were calling walk in that came 10-15 minutes after me. Turns out on of the girls deleted me from the computer so they added me to the back of the list. So I waited for almost an hour for a 5 min haircut. Horrible will never go back.
