I am growing black out of my hair,I went in and Deborah helped me,and I love it!
The wait wasn't long,my stylist had wonderful personality,and it was fun talking to her. 
I never thought my hair could lie flat but she did it,it's so darn cute and I'm ready to start my new job with a lot more confidence.

I usually have a great experience here. But yesterday, things went downhill. I checked in before 11 am which should have qualified me for the 9-11 am sale price, but when the stylist finished (after 11 with the wait, which was no big deal, I'm not concerned about the wait), she charged the regular price. Also, for the first time, no scissors used. She buzzed through in about 3 1/2 minutes and that was it. I had to ask her to do the back of my neck.

Just moved to KCMO from the Chicago-land area. I'm used to pretty polite and friendly small talk conversations.. I understand this city is smaller so people can be more personal, but I disliked how I was treated here. Sure... I got my haircut, but I had to listen to an earful of opinions, swear words and BS about my city and my company that I work for. Not very welcoming, and the barber almost seemed like he was ridiculing me for wanting to move to this city and find employment out of college. I'm not mad, it was just distasteful. I'll give Great Clips a 2/5 just because they were quick to attend to me and greeted me, upon entry.

Whoever The lady was that cuts hair on the first seat on the left side is RUDE! We walked in with our 3 boys. Checked in and our youngest one didn't even pass the cash register and she raised her voice and said don't let the kids run around. Yeah I get there are other kids who are more "adventurous" than other but her tone of voice and how she said it was what bothered me. So we left and went to another great clip.
