So dissapointed! I am a regular and found out today my favorite stylist is gone! I am so sick of  the new stylist in and out all of the time... get your act together great clips clearly you're doing something wrong if you can't keep employees! I won't be back!!!

After a year of working here not only as a stylist. It also as a shift leader, I was terminated for a bogus excuse of "lack of teamwork and unprofessionalism" no real reason given. I just want to say that this is a company who does not value its employees or its customers. They want the haircut done between 12-17 mins and schedule their employees so that you cannot easily see the same stylist, even if you like them.  Schedules are released less than a week before they are needed, employees never know when they are working. Sometimes you may get a great expirenced stylist but mostly you'll get someone mediocre at best... they have a huge turn over rate because they treat their employees so poorly.  Specifically this location, they fired their top retailer, their most efficent cut, one of their top stylist, for a reason the manager uses to justify firing someone for no reason.  They do not care about the customer is all about money bottom line.
