So I came here in July asking for about 8 inches of my hair I wanted shoulder length hair with some layers in it. Normally I don’t like confrontation and I hate to call anyone out but my hair cut was a disaster. I went in there and they took me right away some Hispanic young girl who doesn’t even have her cosmetology license. She Had to ask for help a bunch of times from another girl. She butchered my hair I can’t wear my hair down since July it’s horible. I asked for long layers she literally gave me a bowl cut on one side and the other side chopped most off. I clearly told her I have curly hair and numerous times told her I don’t want shorter than the ideal length I had in mind. She did it anyway and I was so upset on the inside I cried when I got in my car. I mean all my hair was almost gone so what good would it had done me to tell her I didn’t like it. I don’t like calling people out as mentioned before but everyday is a struggle I look like a boy for heavens sakes. I had not got my hair cut in two years and this is why. Can’t trust anyone to listen to what you want. I don’t recommend this place.
