Horrible service!! The lady did an awful job! Can't believe they are charging people for these botched cuts.  Family pictures are ruined.

I went there early Saturday morning around 10:30 got my hair cut and also my son's.  When were get, the asain representative had to be told several times before she got our number correct. Then I proceeded to tell her cut his hair,  same as last time as per the notes in the system,  my son also told her leave it long on top and short on the sides, I was not watching his hair cut as I was getting mine done at the sale time. Also couldn't see with out my glasses any way.  She cut his hair so short there was about 1 inch on the top and clippers so short on the sides.  My son had a melt down afterwards.  Because he is very shy and didn't realize what she was doing he kept quite during the hair cut, u hair cut was great but I had some one who spoke English.   Be careful who you get make sure they understand you.

Went to the new store in montgomery, tx about 3 weeks ago.  I am 66 years old and it was the worst haircut I have ever had in my life

When I asked Amanda to put my hair in a ponytail because I was donating it she informed me of wigs for kids. This is the organization that great clips is associated with for donations. My haircut was free but didn't look like it. It was a great cut and wonderful experience. She was wonderfully engaging.My only regret was not tipping more.
