Walked in to get a haircut before work. As I'm waiting in line (2nd) a child walks in and runs to the desk and the women working ( Janet, Candy, and Chelsea) proceed to let him sign in before me. He puts down 3 names so now I'm 6th in line with the one already on the wait list. I ask the women to correct it and they say they can't because he signed into the system first.  He didn't sign into anything he simply is a rude child that the workers indulged.  Worst business practice ever.  Never giving my business to a 2nd rate establishment like this again.

Not a good experience.  I told them I wanted a neck trim when I checked in and again when I sat down in the chair.  I explained how I am growing my hair own and did not want length off.  She took length off and charged me for a full haircut.  I told her that was not what I wanted.  She said that's what she did so that is what she is charging.  My hair looks much worse in the back than when I went in, partly because my neckline is now very high.  I am going elsewhere to have this fixed as much as is possible.

Sometimes hard to get the same hairdresser when you appreciate routine but worth the wait for the one you want.

In and out in 15 minutes. Tiffany was kind, concise and very skilled. Great first professional hair cut experience!
