Walked in here on Friday Dec 22 with my family visiting. There's an older lady that works there with short reddish brown hair. She was RUDE as hell to my kids while I was checking my husband in for a haircut. It was her attitude towards my kids ages 7 and 10. If you know my family they are polite boys. Reason she didn't like them was bc we were eating ice cream from BR and one child had ice cream mess around his mouth. She tells us no eating. I said that's fine bc we are just dropping off my husband. Then she physically shoos them away with her snooty fingers and attitude. Regardless, this lady was very rude and everyone needs to know!!!  We often come to this 4S community and will gladly tell everyone about the service at Great Clips towards children!

I been coming here for 7 years, close to home. It's  not too expensive and they have good online check in system.....they even have notes in there computer on previous haircuts ...make everything convenient & fast.

Just got a haircut from this greatclips and I don't know who cut my hair but she was not paying attention at all. My hair is way shorter than I asked and I could tell she didn't care at all because it literally took 5 minutes to cut. Terrible service.

Not so great...I just left the salon after my second visit and I had to cut my own hair with a beard trimmer in my bathroom mirror. I'm not a hairdresser and it came out better than when I left their premesis. I had to blend the clipper sections with the hand cut sections, cut it shorter after having asked her to take it shorter etc. Never going back.

Decent salon, the best part of the experience is that you make reservations via their app which updates you on your wait time. Othwrwise,  every time I go there are different stylists with varying levels of expertise. They also have a gift card you can purchase during the fall for discounted haircuts.  This process is poorly done, the giftcards typically sell out in a day and longtime customers are sent an email about the giftcard days after they have already sold out. Per their staff, the best way to know when the giftcards are available is to continuously check their Facebook page throughout the day. That is not very customer service friendly.
