The haircut itself was great! Very happy with the end product. The gal who cut my hair was professional, though not all too friendly. She also didn’t give me my first responder discount though she clearly knew I was a paramedic (note: I don’t view this as a requirement. It’s a very kind courtesy of the business hat I appreciate greatly! But.....it’s also earned through service to the community. First responders are often poorly paid and also required to maintain a very presentable appearance. So IF I have a choice between this shop and the other one that does honor it, I’ll likely pick the other one. It just seemed like a cheap way to nickel and dime $2.)

Like every Great Clips that has ever existed, this place is pretty hit or miss. If you get a good stylist, then you'll be very happy with a good cut at a great price. If you are unlucky, however, I just hope your hair grows quickly. So it's a toss up whenever you come, but to be fair I haven't found a good barbershop in Augusta yet, so I don't know of any better options

Took my five year old in for a hair cut. Her hair is passed her shoulders and her bangs came below her eyebrows some. She wanted it cut long in the front just below her chin and stacked in the back. The woman who helped us started out great stacked the back then when she gets to the side she say "oops" and cuts the side abover her ear. Mistakes happen and its just hair I tell myself. So I said lets just shave this one side short and keep in long on top. Her sister had that hair cut and she really wanted it like her sister anyway. The woman tells me we don't shave little girls hair. By time we walked out my daughters hair has a chop a good half inch on oneside high then the other. Her bangs look like a rainbow cut out. On one  side of her head is shorter then the other. Not only did she tell me and my daughter what to do with are hair she also belittle another stylist hair choice that was long on top and shaved on a side. Said she looked like the joker and laughed. I paid and left I am very disappointed. So is my daughter.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never again step foot in this place. The women are rude and unprofessional. Instead I went to Sports Clips down the street where everyone there is amazing! They make you feel so welcome, unlike Great Clips.
