Establishing a stylist is a difficult task. Especially at these major chain, walk-in type salons where skill level is questionable and turn over is HIGH. But I found a gal in there (Tara!) that is FANTASTIC! She listens to what you want, gives honest feedback (I always welcome that) and has great suggestions. Great customer service skills too! I would give a 5 star review but it's not full service (no colors/waxes) which is a shame b/c they have a gal, Heather, in there that is an absolute artist at waxing eyebrows. Hair cut prices are excellent! Though they charge $20 bucks for a flat ironning which is a bit much. Like someone else mentioned, it should be a price range; $20 being for more difficult hair. All in all, great place! Go see Tara or Heather!

I walked into this place expecting a mediocre haircut and what I received was one of the most life changing experiences of my life. The hair stylists there not only took care of my hair, they took care of my soul. Once they were done, I was a better person. Please, get your hair cut here.

At 5:00pm today (7/29/17) myself, my husband and 2 year old daughter went in for hair cuts. We had stopped by Supercuts and they were already closed for the day so thats why we went to Great clips. The employees of great clips have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS what so ever!!! We have tried this place three times and have had the same treatment all three times. We will NEVER BE GOING BACK TO GREAT CLIPS AGAIN!!!!! ALSO WE ARE NEVER RECOMENDING IT TO ANYONE as a place to get a hair cut!!!! Lisa Schu offered myself and daughter a new customer card when we were all done and we told her that ours were at home and we didn't need them, she had printed a reciet  and then grabbed it and acted like she was mad that we didn't need them. She walk off pissed off. We will never be back!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERIBLE!!!!
