I needed a simple trim on my one length long hair.  I was charged a 10$ "length charge" Even though it was a straight across trim. She didn't ask if I wanted a wash or style.  She dry cut it, the cut took her ten minutes as she never said anything about the extra charge.  When  I said something about the extra change I was told it didn't matter that it was a simple cut, and was told that the extra change was standard and I should have expected it. Completely disappointed.
