Simply put it was awful. I asked for it trimmed on top so I could comb it over and have a part but she cut it way to short. I don’t have a part anymore and my hair is way too short. Whatever you do don’t let Nicole cut you’re hair she gave me the worst experience ever. And when you walk in say I don’t want Nicole to cut my hair. Overall though everyone else is pretty good but she just messed up my hair.

Purposely ignored a customer request. Fairly asked question. Told that lady manager was in store but excuse given that system is shutting down. From out of state and have never heard such poor excuse. Shameful customer service.

It's great to check in online to save time waiting and convenient that they have system for tracking your hair cut. They also will cut your hair for free if you're donating it for charity! Though there does seem to be quite a lot of turnover here so it's rare to get the same stylist.
