Skyler cut my gold necklace two places while cutting my hair. Then they said that their scissors can't cut a necklace. The manager was not at the store but the assistant manager straightly said that she was not aware of the policy but can  give me a free hair cut (a free hair cut for cutting a gold necklace). Also think she is the assistant manager and she is not aware of the store policy. Anyways, we didn't ask for replacement but requested for repair reimbursement. They said their manager will call us later. A few minutes later, the assistant manager called us back and started speaking and arguing very unprofessionally. As a customer I would expect professional service from a store, and I was surprised to see that they are not accepting their fault rather they are blaming me unprofessionally.

Went to Ahwatukee 85044 location my hair was cut by DENISE i asked to have my hair washed,she got my hair  wet with COLD water didnt even bother to wash it good and she put a dime worth of conditioner in my long hair it was so hard to brush it and she keept on pulling my hair so hard and not even saying anything about it,i regret going there and not just that my hair is not even cut the way i wanted and she cut uneven,OMG i have to go and pay to get my hair cut at some other place just because i feel like i got robbed by GREAT clips...NEVER GOING BACK after being there cst for 15years

Hello! 
 I've been going to various great clips for the past couple years for prices but found ive recieved more horrific haircuts than anything. Tryed this location this evening, granted I came in at 640 (my haircuts are as simple and basic as it gets) the woman who got me made it very obvious she wanted to be done for the night , spent 3-5minutes on my hair, blew top of my head QUICK sent me on my way, for whatever reason I still gave her a 7$tip for 13$ cut, go get gas ans TWO people tell how much hair was on my forehead,  how embarassing.... it looked like every hair she had cut ended up on my forehead....STOP rushing people out the door!

Horrible customer service. Asked if we checked in online, we said yes. I left my son and ran next door. They skipped over him several times until I came back. He is a teenager I don't need to be here. Will never come back

I had the one bad experience, and usually people over react to one bad experience, but ever since then they have been great, I'll continue to go back.
