I've been going here for years. They do a good job, not too expensive.  Typically they are not real busy, but use the app to make sure you never have to wait.

One of the staff was very patient with my toddler and gave him a nice hair cut. But the other person was very rude, I asked her to cut my long hair till my shoulder length, but she cut it very short and did not even care about it when asked. And she really has to stop talking behind our back about us with the other staff and showing faces. Its a parlour with mirrors everywhere! we can see you!

Really appreciate the online check-in capability. I kinda sorta felt bad for the line of people waiting, and I walk in with my 2 little boys and we skip straight ahead of them all. And they keep records on the boys, so I didn't have to remember what size guard we used last time..
