I took my family in to get haircuts and we were told about a 20 minute wait. There were a few people ahead of us. After about 10-15 mins of waiting another family came in and they were put ahead of us because they had checked in online. I was told it would be another 40 minutes of waiting. I found this to be horrible customer service to put an online check-in a priority above physical present customers who already spent the time driving and sitting. This creates no personal relationship and I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Needless to say we left and I will no longer take my family to this company.

We love taking our five year old here to get his hair cut. They are always friendly and do a great job.

This is my first experience here  I'm terrible with names and forget the girls name who did my hair. She had short dark hair. I got a shampoo cut and style. She was very pleasant  and my cut is great . The happiest I have been with my hair in a very long time. I will return when I am ready for a trim.

Deserves 0 stars. But 1 works, too. There was only 2 people working, both with customers at the time, and there was two people waiting. One woman told me it would be about 30 min. So I left for a bit and came back about 30 min later. Both women were finishing up with the last hair cuts. One of the hair stylists finished and then walked to the back. Never seen her again. After about 10 min working on the same guy, the other hair stylist apologizes about the wait because they are short-handed. After another few minutes another guy walks in and when the hair stylist was finished with the last guy, she called the new guy back. By this time I waited 45 min. After another 10 min I get fed up and just decide to make an appointment for tomorrow. They don't do appointments. Apparently this guy did an online check-in. So she gave him priority. I ended up just leaving. She told me she was almost done and would only be another 10 min. I wasn't about to wait over an hour when there was only 2 people ahead of me. Just terrible service all around. They need to be taught how online check-ins work.
