We are traveling through Terre Haute from San Diego to family in Ohio. We googled salons near us so I could get a haircut as I really needed one and saw they opened at 9 which is earlier than most and Great Clips usually has a good reputation. We pulled up about 8:55 and I checked the door and it was locked so I waited in the car with my partner. We were trying to get on the road but I understand business don’t always open on time and employees have a lot to do to get ready for the day. So 9:05 I call and Samantha answered and not sounding very pleasant or inviting. I tell her I’d like to get a haircut and she said ok. She opens the door and I walk in. I say hello and I get the most unwelcome “ What do you need” The attitude coming from her is definitely not one that makes me want to get my haircut there. I’m sure the staff is amazing and talented but having been in the industry I know how important first impressions are and she most definitely missed the mark.

Very friendly salon and team environment.  They always provide GREAT customer service and are always welcoming!  Awesome company and management team to work for as they provide a GREAT culture, many insurance benefits, PTO, opportunities for career advancement, continued training and education and you feel welcome and connected with everyone in the company.

Been coming here for some months now, This last time They went way too short to the point where I can see to my scalp. Then insisted upon shaping the little hair left into a Mohawk!! Now when I lay my hair how it"should" be comfortable it's lopsided and ridiculous.
