The stylists are very friendly but the wait is why I refuse to go back. I can and will wait but as long as Im informed truthfully the wait time. If Im informed 20 minutes and Im waiting 37 minutes and as I'm about to walk away I'm informed, I " ma'am, your stylist is almost finished " to keep potential money and not offer a discount for lying is what seriously made me extremely upset! What ever happened to REAL customer service! I usually tip $7-15 but I decided to walk away as the current paying customer shouldn't had to be hurried with someone else's hair in their hands. Yes, the ladies are polite... That's not enough to keep me going back.

Friendly and skilled employees. They need to start playing some edm though their music isn't that great...or even that good.

Signed in on line--20 minute wait.   I get there 20 minutes later---2 stylists are working and 2 customers waiting.  No one acknowledges me.  I wait 15 minutes and one stylist is done and takes one of the waiting customers and tells the other waiting one she will be taken shortly.  Still no one acknowledges me.   I get up and leave---never coming back.

Waiting is too long.  If you don't check in online, the walk ins never get ahead of the online  checked in customers even if you can an hour before them.  Not coming back here. The stylists are not friendly either.
