Usually I have a very good experience. My barber is excellent. "Koodos Paula". It's only awful when I've been waiting an hour then someone walks in that has signed in on line two hours ago and they're serviced ahead of me. I think that if a person isn't there within a half hour of their scheduling on line they should be treated as a "walk in". I've observed very unhappy customers and I have walked out myself because of your current "NO POLICY" on signing in on line.

Have to call it Worst Clips. Been going there for a while, senior haircut $11. They did fine, last time don't know where they got the lady that cut my hair. But hence the name Worst Clips!! Will not go back!

Worst haircut my sons have ever had !!! Heavy set blonde lady didn't know what a Princeton hair style was. Lauren, Paula and Sabrina were the names that my wife was given when she called. Manager:Sabrina Will never go back.

If you ACTUALLY care about your hair...go somewhere else....they ARE friendly and fast....but damn they're bad at cutting hair....unless its a simple cut....it seems like trainees are practicing on you...
