Loving my new haircut. Loving it so much that I'm going back so they can do more. The lady was so kind and talkative to me and my 7 year old niece who tagged along. They were so considerate of her and let her sit by me so that she wouldn't have to sit in the waiting area alone. Very good customer service!

The only issues I have is they always forget my military discount. You would think when you check in and they have those kind of reminders in their customers profile on the computer?

To keep this short- the first haircut the stylist didn't talk to me at all the entire time. Not friendly, stone cold silence. I don't expect great conversation but having your hair cut by someone who won't talk to you and acts disgusted the entire time isn't a good time. 

When I came home and dried my hair.. you couldn't tell it'd been cut at all. So I went back. This time the stylist was more talkative, and there was more hair cut.. but yet again I came home and it just wasn't right. 

I've never had this kind of experience at other Great Clips- so I'm really disappointed in this one.

Love the checkin app.  Let's me know if they are busy or not.  I am in and out in 15 minites. Always get a decent haircut.
