Merckel did an amazing job on my haircut.  He knows what he is doing and knows all the scisors techniques in order to achieve the styles of the haircut desired by the customer.  He definitely is a plus for the business.  Very good customer service,friendly approach and personality,not forgetting to entertain me with some quite interesting conversation while cutting my hair. Even though I sometimes can be fossy,;this time I got my haircut the way I expected it and beyond. Thank you!

I had a bad experience getting my haircut- however, I was contacted by management and offered a refund. I really appreciate the swift response to the situation! I will definetely give Great Clips a second chance in the future.

My sons hair was not cut at the same length, lining was all messed up, he pulled my sons hair the entire time! My son was screaming and in tears and the man said there's nothing he could do about it. He rushed through it just to get done without taking in account that my son is very small. I use to come here for every haircut for my four kids but after this experience and him not listening to me when I said to wet it and stop pulling at his hair, I will not be coming back. I paid $24 for two kids and I am not happy at all.

Terrible experience today .. for about 5 min left to open they are do not open the door for us to get in because it’s to cold outside.. and the guy treated me like a junk lady... I NEVER go there again!!!
