So I had a Formal and wanted an half up half down curled hairstyle for my long thick hair. I went in and my hair stylist immediately started on the updo. She did not brush out my hair. She also said that my style was going to be harder because I had washed it the night before. Well the actual updo part was fantastic. It looked great and stayed in place all night. Everything was fine until I was taking it down. My hair that is normally very shiny and healthy looking looked like straw. Some strands were literally tied around each other and some felt and looked like twine. I was at a friend’s house and one of my two friends spent over an hour brushing it out and even then didn’t get all the tangled out. And when she went to braid my hair in a corn braid she had to stop often to brush my hair out again. I’m going to have to waste so much shampoo and conditioner and oil to try and get back to how healthy it used to be.

Love this place! Janelle is the best hairstylist EVER! She makes you feel like you are a part of her family when you are there. And she knows how to cut my hair everytime!

There was very little wait here, and they give really great haircuts.  The staff were nice and we'll trained.  Overall, it was a good experience.

Love my undercut Tis does, I tip her really good,  cause it's a time thing.  They don't make much hourly,  as most franchises don't.
