Got a great hair cut! Meagan was very thorough and good at her job. She is trying to up her career to become manager and she deserves it. I heard a little convo with another employee where she was asking him to take break earlier as he came in earlier and that shows that she is thinking ahead and taking care of people around her. She was managing customers walking in, ringing phones, while giving a great hair cut. You go Meagan!  All the best on your career ahead!

I had heard nothing bad about this location prior to coming for the first time, but as soon as I walked in I knew that I was going to leave unhappy. Upon arriving, a staff member barked at me and my friend, asking if we had checked in online, and was exuding annoyance and unhappiness when we replied yes. We simply asked about a certain service (literally just a shampoo), and were treated so disrespectfully that I’m honestly not sure I will ever go there again. Not only were both staff members (the only two there at the time) incredibly rude when telling us about the service, but they looked disgusted to even be talking to us about our hair. They then proceeded to tell us that we would be charged three times the price, even though my friend had been to the same location very recently and was charged substantially less. When we finally told them that we were uninterested, they were visibly relieved and happy that we would be leaving. The last thing we heard from them, as we were walking out, was “Alright, now let’s go outside for a smoke.” I am truly appalled that people working in the customer service business have the audacity to sabotage customers because they just don’t want to deal with them. If you do end up coming to this location, I sincerely hope that you are treated much better than I was.

Geri does an amazing job and the price is so unbelievably inexpensive. Not a long wait time and she's pleasant to chat with!

Great place to go if you want to get terrible service and a bad haircut at best. Place is understaffed, did a bad job first time and worst haircut of my life this past time. Never going back, you are better off cutting your own hair you probably won't be happy with either but at least you didn't waste $15 and an hour of your life.
