The staff sometimes rushes too much through haircuts they give. You end up with hairs all over that they didn't cut to the right length. Otherwise the women here are great.

After 15 years of being a customer at Great Clips, Tullahoma... They just lost, not only one customer tonight, but two... This is the first time I've ever walked out of a beauty shop, after being seated in cutting chair... because new stylist was argumentive and curt, while ignoring my request for the same style that my previous stylist (no longer at this same location) would always cut for me at each of my previous visits (also recorded on cash register). This was a real disappointing evening. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Customer service is okay. The skill of the average stylist is mediocre excluding the nice Russian stylist. A lot of the staff stink of cigarettes which is a major turn off. I've had words with management twice about them ruining my hair. Is a basic men's fade that hard? I'm busy with work, thus limiting my ability to drive to another town, so until I move to a metropolitan area this is the best I can get. I use the word best VERY loosely I might add. If you go there...ask for the Russian lady! #justsaying
