Been going to G.C. in Lenoir City a while now and find Theresa exceeds expectations!! I have horrible hair and Theresa manages to make it look presentable!! I will definitely keep going to her and have let other's know about G.C..

Physically went into the location to put our name in for a haircut and was given a wait time of 45 minutes. Ran to the Wal-Mart in the same parking lot and bought laundry detergent then came back to the location. Upon reentering, the receptionist asked if we had made the appointment there or online. So I played the game, I mean afterall she had been the one who helped us not 20 minutes before. We said we had put our name in and then gave her our name. The receptionist told us she had removed our name because we had left after putting in our name. Stands to reason that if we bothered to come into an establishment and put in our name that there is a better chance we would keep the commitment as opposed to someone who made an online appointment. I prefer to support local businesses even if they are corporately owned but we will NEVER go to this location again. Went back to Wal-Mart where there is a small salon called SMART STYLE. The two hairdressers there were AWESOME. They acknowledged us politely and apologized for the 5 minute wait. Before 5 minutes we were seated and got a GREAT haircut. Going back there again and again. Thanks GREAT CLIPS for lacking in customer service and hiring unprofessional people to implement ridiculous policy because otherwise we would have never met Josefina and Cindy.
